Camps
If you wish to run a rugby camp you must seek prior approval from CRFU Hon. Secretary, Terry Williams , who will provide the form in Word to enable you to complete same. No rugby camps can be advertised until permission has been granted.

Tours Overseas.
Approval to tour overseas must be given by the RFU by completing the Outgoing Tour Form and sending to the CRFU Hon Secretary one month before the tour. Failure to meet the due date may result in approval not being given.
Incoming Tours
When hosting a visit from a Club from another Union the RFU requires your Club to complete the Incoming Tour Form and sending to the CRFU Secretary one month before the match. Your Club will require the approval of the Union of the visiting team. The visiting team should assist you with providing this information. Failure to meet the due date may result in approval not being given.
Planning a tour with children.
Any Club considering a tour with children are strongly advised to read the detailed RFU Touring with Children Guide together with the RFU Safeguarding Policy.
