| Inclusion and Diversity survey For the past three years we have asked people involved in the community game in some capacity to take part in our inclusion and diversity survey. This piece of research has helped shape and inform our work in this area and is key to supporting the RFU with its strategic objective: to drive rugby union in England to better reflect the diversity of society. Your views and experience are crucial to us being able to reflect in our plans the reality in community rugby and build towards an inclusive experience for all. We are interested in feedback from everyone within community rugby, regardless of background, demographic, or role. Without a true reflection of those participating at all levels of the game, the insights gathered will be ineffectual in shaping I&D objectives over the coming years.
