Dear Prospective Coach,
We extend a warm welcome to you as you embark on the journey to potentially join the Cornwall U18 Girls Coaching Team. Your interest in contributing to the development of our young athletes is greatly appreciated, and we are excited to learn more about you and your coaching philosophy.
At Cornwall U18 Girls, our primary objective is to provide a nurturing and empowering environment for our young athletes to flourish not only in their sport but also as individuals. We firmly believe that a positive coaching approach, coupled with constructive feedback, is the cornerstone of our success. As a coach within our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our athletes both on and off the field.
In this application form, we aim to get to know you better and understand your coaching philosophy, experience, and commitment to our mission. We value diversity and inclusivity and welcome coaches from all backgrounds who share our passion for creating a positive and supportive coaching environment.

Squad Development Friday 10th November at Truro college.
County Training Friday 24th November at Truro college.
County Match Sunday 26th November, Cornwall v Gloucestershire (Away).
County Training Friday 15th December at Truro college.
County Match Sunday 17th December, Cornwall v Devon (Home).
County Training Friday 12th January at Truro college.
County Match Sunday 14th January against Cornwall v Somerset (Home).

The coaching assessment is the 15th of October 2023, which will be posted as a development day for the girls.
