1. ACTION REQUIRED Age Grade Registration – 45 Days Regulation Reminder We have now reached 162,000 registered age grade players. Registering all club age grade players each season is an important regulation of our sport and must be done within 45 days of the start of their playing season. International Ticket Allocations – Upload Your Fixture Data All fixtures for your club this season need to be uploaded to GMS by 23 May 2025 to give you an accurate international ticket allocation next summer. Lower XV & 1st Team Entries Open Reminder Applications for entry are now open for teams not currently in the RFU Leagues for the 2025-26 season. Men’s Papa Johns Community Cup Entries are open A reminder to all Men’s RFU Leagues clubs that the entries for the Papa Johns Men’s Community Cups are open for 1st XVs. Mascot Opportunities at England Matches For each England Test at Allianz Stadium, we have a very limited number of opportunities for community mascots. England Rugby Director of Rugby Course 24/25 The Director of Rugby Course for 2025/26 is open for interested individuals to register their expressions of interest. England Rugby Advanced Coaching Workshop 2025-26 From 18th November the England Rugby Advanced Coaching Workshop will be open for booking via GMS. The completion of the Workshop is essential to be able to book onto Part 1 of the England Rugby Advanced Coaching Award.
