Falmouth RFC again host this season’s Duchy Cup Finals this Saturday, 27th April, at the Recreation Ground.

Wadebridge Camels win Cornwall Cup
Congratulations to Wadebridge Camels RFC on winning the Tribute Ales Cornwall RFU Cup on Saturday defeating Truro 23-15 in a very closely fought final at the Molesworth Field.

Tribute Cornwall RFU Cup Final
The final of the Tribute Cornwall RFU Cup will be played on Saturday 26th August at Truro RFC with a 2:30 pm kick-off.
TRURO RFC v ST.AUSTELL RFC
Ground entry will be £5, with Under 16s free entry.
Lee Maher attends Honda Volunteer lunch at HQ
Chair of Competitions with the CRFU Lee Maher recently attended a Honda Volunteer Recognition Lunch at Twickenham.
This was to acknowledge the work accomplished by Lee to support competitions and to assist development opportunities to engage more players.
Well done Lee who is pictured above with other CB participants and outgoing RFU President Nigel Gillingham.
Tribute Cornwall RFU Cup Final
The Tribute Cornwall RFU Cup Final between Truro & St. Austell has been postponed until Saturday 26 August.
The final will be played at Truro RFC following a coin toss to decide which venue. This was performed by the Chairman of the CRFU Competitions Committee.
Further details will be released in due course.
Clubs Cup Finals, Change of Venue
Two Tribute Clubs Cup Finals will take place this Saturday at Wadebridge Camels RFC. This is a change to the published venue Launceston, who have a home Papa Johns Cup semi-final this Saturday.
Entry will be £5 on the gate, under 16s free.

Papa Johns Community Cup
| Entries are now open for the Papa Johns Men’s Community Cup Enter Now |
| The Papa Johns Men’s Community Cup competitions will take place after the completion of the regular league season. This was the most favoured model during the Future Competition Structure consultation, intended to decongest the season and avoid league fixture clashes. This has allowed the mid-season entry process to give clubs a better understanding of their squad for the season as well as the ability to compete in the Cup competitions with teams of comparable ability in other leagues. It will also enable clubs who enter to switch their focus to the Cup competition once their league season has finished. Incentives for clubs to enter the Papa Johns Community Cup Opportunity for all finalists to play at Twickenham Stadium or other prestigious venues, with travel and accommodation provided. Travel bursaries available for competing clubs (men’s and women’s competitions). Further details to be published in due course. | Clubs’ final league positions, alongside entry numbers, will determine which competition they will compete in within their respective league level, helping to ensure clubs play in competitive fixtures through their Cup Competitions. You can see a draft of what this will look like here. Fixtures will be held across the following dates: 25/03/2023 01/04/2023 08/04/2023 (not all competitions – Easter weekend) 15/04/2023 22/04/2023 Finals weekend – 29/04/2023 – 1/5/2023 Championship Finals at each level (Regional 1, Regional 2, Counties 1, Counties 2 and Counties 3 & below) will be held at Twickenham Stadium across Sunday 30 April and Monday 1 May. Duchy Cup Finals Day – RESULTS
The Duchy Cup Finals are due to take place at Hayle RFC on Saturday 23rd April. Please note entry to the ground will be free on the day. There will be catering facilities provided by Hayle RFC. All matches will be played on the main pitch at Hayle RFC.
